Officer Record Books

Some of the 4-H officers need to keep books and submit them August 1st. Here are the different officers that keep books for records.

The Secretary

The secretary is the note-keeper for the club. The secretary takes notes on what is being discussed and being done. They then write it in their book. They also keep track of who attends the business meeting by doing roll call. You can print the book with the link below.

The treasurer keeps track of the money for the club. The treasurer keeps track of the money in their record book. They report the amount of money the club has at every business meeting. You can print the book with the link below.
